RED No. 4.1 by RefectoCil is an intense hue specifically designed to perfectly match eyebrows and eyelashes to a wide variety of red hair colours. Ideal for clients with red, colored hair; giving intensive red effects on light to mid blond hair or a red shimmer on dark brown hair. Enhance any daring red look in a captivating way.
- Long, dark and full eyelashes
- Perfectly defined eyebrows
- Lasts up to 6 weeks
- Content: sufficient for approximately 30 applications
- Mix with other base shades to create warm tones
- Mix with Blue/Black #1.1 to create amazing dark violet tones
Application:
- Preparation: use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and Eye protection papers according to instructions.
- Mix 2 cm of tint and 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows.
- Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Remove by using cotton wool and water.
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been previously used, the application time is shortened by 1-5 minutes, if RefectoCil Eyelash perm has been used, it’s shortened to 2 minutes.
